B · Invest in Formula7

Invest in the company building the platform.

This page is informational. Formula7 is preparing — not yet offering — the possibility of raising capital in exchange for an equity participation in the operating company. No shares are offered here, no price is displayed, and no funds are collected on this website.

Company capital — this page

Investing in the operating company behind Formula7: its vision, its revenue model, its stages. Capital raised here finances the platform company.

Project capital — a different page

Financing a specific third-party mining or industrial project is a separate category, with its own beneficiary entity, risks and mechanism.

Who it is for

Private investors, family offices and strategic partners interested in the strategic-minerals economy and in international business development.

The problem it solves

Capital is abundant for platforms, scarce for access. The scarce asset is a qualified network — producers, buyers, partners — and the commercial machine that monetizes it.

How Formula7 earns revenue

Investor returns, if any, would come from the company's commercial revenue growth (marketplace commissions, services, mandates) — capital raised is financing, not revenue, and is accounted for separately.

Your next step

Read this presentation, then send a non-binding expression of interest. No commitment arises for either party.

The vision

An international platform where strategic minerals, industrial partnerships and capital meet — starting from a Canada–Africa bridge, headquartered in Montreal, one of the world's reference mining jurisdictions.

The business model

Commercial revenue first: marketplace commissions and service fees, premium business services, development mandates. Financing, when validated, accelerates a revenue machine — it does not replace it.

Contemplated use of capital

Platform development (members' portal, marketplace systems), legal and compliance structuring, market development in priority corridors, and working capital for the commercial pipeline. Detailed allocation would be defined in the offering documents, once they exist.

Development stages

Stage 1 commercial foundation (current). Stage 2 operating pipeline. Stage 3 mineral marketplace. Stage 4 company financing on a validated structure. Stage 5 regulated financial services, separately evaluated.

Risks and required validations — read before expressing interest

An investment in a young private company is speculative and illiquid. Before any offering can occur, the following must be verified and completed: the legal identity and structure of the issuing company; the rights attached to any security offered; the offering documents; and the applicable requirements of Canadian and Québec securities law (including registration or exemption analysis, AMF requirements, and investor-eligibility rules). Until those validations are complete, this page remains informational only: no share price, no promised return, no purchase button, no public solicitation.

Can I buy shares of Formula7 today?

No. No shares are offered, no price exists, and no funds are collected. This page prepares a possible future offering, subject to the legal validations listed in the risk section.

What does the expression of interest commit me to?

Nothing. It is non-binding for both parties; it simply opens a conversation and a qualification call.

When could an offering open?

Only after the issuing company's structure, the rights offered, the offering documents and the Canadian and Québec securities requirements are verified and completed. No date is promised.

How would Formula7 make money for its shareholders?

From commercial revenue: marketplace commissions and fees, premium services and development mandates. Capital raised is financing, not revenue.
