Formula7 is a strategic minerals, partnerships and project-financing platform based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. This website is formula7.net. Public contact: info@formula7.net.
Counterparties engaged in a transaction receive Formula7's full corporate documentation — legal entity name, registry extract and signing authority — as the first step of due diligence. Public-registry verification of the operating entity is in progress and its result will be published on this page. Verify any Québec enterprise: Registre des entreprises du Québec.
Every Formula7 activity is screened against Canadian federal and Québec requirements before it launches. Activities that require a registration or licence are carried out only after that registration or licence is in place, or through appropriately registered partners. Formula7 today holds, transmits and exchanges no client funds, and operates no payment service.
Formula7's current activities — market intelligence, introductions and transaction support — do not include holding, transmitting or exchanging client funds, dealing in securities, or buying or selling precious metals or stones as principal. On that basis, Formula7 is not currently required to register as a money services business with FINTRAC, and no FINTRAC registration or application is claimed. Any future activity that triggers a registration requirement — including a Revenu Québec money-services licence — will be registered before it operates.
Formula7 does not deal in, or advise on, securities. This website is not an offer of securities. Any future securities-related phase will be based on a prior legal opinion and carried out through registered dealers or after registration. Verify registrations: Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
Formula7 does not buy or sell precious metals or stones as principal. Where a transaction involves them, reporting obligations under the PCMLTFA are assessed for the dealing parties before the transaction proceeds.
Corporate documents, registry extracts and signing authority are collected for every counterparty.
Origin of goods and funds is documented; sanctions and adverse-information screening is proportionate to the transaction.
Scope, fees and responsibilities are agreed in writing before work begins. No mandate, no confidential introductions.
Confidential information is released in stages, against qualification, and every file keeps its records.
Formula7 declines files it cannot verify.
The Trade Commissioner Service (Government of Canada) provides free market intelligence and qualified-contact services to export-ready Canadian companies in more than 160 cities. Formula7 presents the TCS as a public resource — no partnership with it is claimed. How to qualify (official).
EDC, Canada's export credit agency, offers credit insurance, financing and guarantees assessed per transaction. Presented as a public resource for Canadian exporters — no endorsement is claimed. edc.ca.
Formula7 names no partner on this site until a partnership is real and verified. See how partnership proposals are qualified: Strategic Partnerships.
Statuses are stated exactly as they stand today and are corrected on this page when they change. An institution's name appears here only to describe a status — never as a badge, a logo or an implied endorsement.
